A.J. will share his thoughts, ideas, interests, and tips. He will be focusing on parenting through a father’s lens.

Getting to know A.J.:

He is a father of a beautiful seven-year-old girl. He takes great pride in parenting and spending time with his daughter. A.J. practices self-care by taking time for self-time, socializing with friends and family, as well as meeting new people. Staying physically and mentally in shape is important for him. A.J. will share ideas and tools that will help support parenting as a father, as well as self- care.
