Physical self-care is getting involved in activities that promote physical health, which include a healthy diet and exercise.
Some ways to practice Physical Self-Care:
Eat a healthy meal. (Fruit, veggie and protein)
Regular doctor visits and when you are sick
Engage in exercise. (Include stretching)
Go for a walk or hike
Drink water.
Practice good sleep hygiene (try sleeping and waking around the same time daily)
Have a cup of herbal tea. (Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger tea)
Sit in the sunlight. (15-30 min of midday sun)
Take a shower or bath regularly
Pay attention to your body’s needs
