Complicated Grief

Complicated grief is painful emotions that last so long and are severe enough that recovering from the loss and resuming your own life can be difficult or seem impossible. Different people experience the grief differently.

You may feel/experience:

Intense sorrow, pain and rumination over the loss of your loved one's death

Focus mostly on your loved one's death

Numbness or detachment

Inability to enjoy life without your loved one.

Isolation

Depression

Feelings of guilt or blame

Please talk to your medical/mental health provider if you think you are experiencing Complicated Grief. Your doctor can give you more detailed information.

Kindly,

Sandrita
