Complicated grief is painful emotions that last so long and are severe enough that recovering from the loss and resuming your own life can be difficult or seem impossible. Different people experience the grief differently.
You may feel/experience:
Intense sorrow, pain and rumination over the loss of your loved one's death
Focus mostly on your loved one's death
Numbness or detachment
Inability to enjoy life without your loved one.
Isolation
Depression
Feelings of guilt or blame
